Montgomery County, located adjacent to the City of Philadelphia, is the second largest county in Pennsylvania after Philadelphia County. Montgomery County has seen tremendous growth over the last ten years as evidenced by the large business parks and endless construction along the route 309 and 202 corridors. Indeed, the construction of the much anticipated 202 bypass is eagerly anticipated while we put up with the daily delays the construction project around all of us. Areas such as Fort Washington, Blue Bell, Ambler, Horsham and King of Prussia have, over this time span, experienced overall growth despite the recent economic downturn.
