Confidence From Experience
Montgomery County, Pennsylvania
Montgomery County, located adjacent to the City of Philadelphia, is the second largest county in Pennsylvania after Philadelphia County. Montgomery County has seen tremendous growth over the last ten years as evidenced by the large business parks and endless construction along the route 309 and 202 corridors. Indeed, the construction of the much anticipated 202 bypass is eagerly anticipated while we put up with the daily delays the construction project around all of us. Areas such as Fort Washington, Blue Bell, Ambler, Horsham and King of Prussia have, over this time span, experienced overall growth despite the recent economic downturn.
Danziger Shapiro, P.C. brings its business law experience to many small and medium-sized companies in Montgomery County. Whether it is negotiating your commercial lease, drafting company documents (purchase orders, standard terms and conditions, or employment agreements, etc…) or selling or buying a business, we stand ready to take care of all your business needs in a professional and cost sensitive manner.
Our firm has also had great success in litigating complex cases in Montgomery County. In fact, we recently concluded a bench trial initiated in Montgomery County in which the Judge issued a ruling completely in our clients favor. In short, our client was sued for over a million dollars by an investor as a result of a failed business deal involving the trading of surplus steel throughout China, India, Pakistan and the UAE. After the court ruled that our client was not liable for the unforeseen loss, our client was extremely pleased with both our representation and the results obtained.
We currently work with clients throughout Montgomery County in the towns of Ambler, Blue Bell, Conshohocken, Fort Washington, Glenside, Hatfield, Horsham, Jenkintown, King of Prussia, Plymouth Meeting, Narberth and North Wales.
