Since our founding in 2000 the Philadelphia-based law firm of Danziger Shapiro, P.C. has offered clients a unique combination of skills and assets: the legal breadth usually associated with big, broadly-based law firms and the detail-oriented, deep knowledge of specific industries and business practices one usually finds only among in-house counsel. By combining years of legal experience in both of these settings, the attorneys of Danziger Shapiro, P.C. are able to bring the best of these disparate legal worlds to small and medium-sized clients in a personalized and cost-effective manner.

Our practice focuses on business law, real estate, securities, employment law and litigation. We pride ourselves on an in-depth, detail-oriented knowledge of each of our clients and their businesses and combine this with a high degree of industry-specific knowledge. This, in turn, gives us a better understanding of the challenges our clients face as they deal with lenders, lessors, employee issues and any litigation that may arise, including both bankruptcy-related issues and class actions.

Unusually for a small firm, we are also highly experienced in international law and are aware of how foreign issues can impact local deals.

Though based in Philadelphia our attorneys are licensed to practice in both Pennsylvania and New Jersey, as well as in the District of Columbia and are admitted to practice at all levels of the federal court system, including the United States Supreme Court.
